How do I clean and care for my custom Threadbury clothing?
Care will vary based on the type of fabric:
For cotton (most shirts and chino pants), hang dry after washing a gentle cycle on cold. Once dry, iron or steam.
Treat linen pants and shirts the same as cotton: hang dry after washing a gentle cycle on cold. Once dry, iron or steam.
For wool, tweed, and flannel suits and coats, as well as linen jackets: dry clean no more than 3 times a year except in the event of significant wear, odor, or a specific stain. Steam at the knees and/or elbows to reduce deep wrinkling.
Use quality hangers for your Threadbury garments to prevent unnecessary fabric distortion.
How long will take my order to arrive?
Once purchased and pending no questions on your measurements, you can expect your item to arrive in 3 – 4 weeks.
I have a specific deadline for my order to arrive. Can you accommodate?
We have expedited options, so please contact us and we'll see what's possible.
Do you have any shop locations where I can get measured and see the fabrics in person?
While we are an online-first retailer, we do take in-person consultations at our DC location and host pop-up events from time to time. Stay up to date on any upcoming events by subscribing to our email list. If you'd like a virtual consultation to talk through styles or walk you through self measurement, please schedule one here.

I have an issue with my order. What should I do?
Please contact us with your concern, and be as detailed as possible, including photos. We'll work with you to make it right.
Do you offer refunds?

I have a specific customization not offered on the Threadbury website. Is there anything you can do?
Ok, fancy. Contact us with your request and we'll see what's possible.
