Our Fit Guarantee

Everyone should get to experience the feeling of an incredible fit. At Threadbury, that feeling is guaranteed with your first order.

We always strive for a perfect fit the first time around, using the measurements and photos you provide and validated against our tailors’ expertise. We may reach out to reconfirm certain measurements, if needed.

If for some reason your first order isn’t quite right when it arrives, send us photos of you wearing your item from the front, back, and side with your arms hanging naturally. Please also provide a description of what isn’t working; we’ll then decide the best course of action. Please start this process within 30 days of your order's delivery. 

We may ask you to take the garment to your local tailor to get altered. If this is the case, we’ll work with you to get the details needed to reimburse alteration fees up to $100* and update your measurement profile for future orders. You must (A) contact us to align on an action plan within 30 days of your order's delivery, and (B) do so before taking your item to get altered in order to be eligible for reimbursement.

*Alteration credit depends on the item, and is subject to change. We will honor the alteration credit maximums posted here at time of purchase: 

  • Suits, Tuxedos & Jackets: $100 

  • Pants: $50 

  • Shirts: $35

 

In the rare circumstance that we need to remake your garment, we will ask you to return your original order. Once received, your item will be remade and shipped back to you.
